Today, Patrys is pleased to release its June 2026 Quarterly Activities Report, highlighting another quarter of strong execution as we prepare to initiate the bridging clinical trial for RLS-2202.

Key milestones achieved during the quarter include:

🏥 Established our Phase 1A clinical trial infrastructure through the appointment of CMAX as our clinical trial site and Alithia Life Sciences as our Contract Research Organisation (CRO).

🧪 Advanced Phase 1A trial preparations, including clinical protocol finalisation, trial start-up activities, and progression through regulatory and ethics review processes.

💉 Remain on track for first participant dosing in Q3 2026, subject to HREC and other applicable regulatory approvals.

💰 Successfully completed a $3.2 million capital raising, strengthening our balance sheet to support upcoming clinical and regulatory milestones.

As we move into the second half of 2026, our focus remains on delivering our Phase 1A clinical trial and creating long-term value for shareholders.
