COHORT 1 COMPLETES DOSING AND FOLLOW-UP
RLS-2202 PHASE 1A CLINICAL TRIAL
HIGHLIGHTS
• All Cohort 1 participants have completed dosing and the required follow-up period in the
Phase 1a clinical trial of RLS-2202.
• The study is designed to evaluate safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics, and generate
the data required to inform dose selection and the next stage of clinical development.
• Independent Safety Review Committee meeting scheduled for October ahead of potential
progression to Cohort 2, with final participant dosing remaining targeted for Q4 CY2026.
Patrys Limited (ASX: PAB) (Patrys, or the Company) is pleased to announce that all participants (n=4)
in Cohort 1 have completed dosing and the required follow-up period of the Phase 1a clinical trial of
RLS-2202 in healthy volunteers. All Cohort 1 participants have therefore completed their planned
clinical assessments.
The available safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic data from Cohort 1 will now be compiled and
reviewed by the Safety Review Committee (“SRC”). The SRC is scheduled to meet in October 2026 to
review the Cohort 1 data and make a recommendation regarding the dose for Cohort 2 (n=12
participants) and whether any modifications to the dosing regimen or study conduct are required.
The Company cautions that, although all Cohort 1 participants have completed the planned study
assessments, the formal SRC review remains outstanding. No decision regarding progression to Cohort
2 has yet been made.
Subject to the SRC’s review and recommendation, the Company expects to provide a further update
regarding progression to Cohort 2 during Q4 CY2026.
CEO, Dr Samantha South, said:
“We are pleased that Cohort 1 is now complete and would like to thank the participants and clinical
teams involved. The available Cohort 1 data will now be reviewed by the Safety Review Committee
and we look forward to providing a further update following the SRC meeting.”
