Patrys is today welcoming the appointment of a new Company Secretary to our Senior Management Team, Stefan Ross, who was most recently our Assistant Company Secretary.
Stef has taken on the role from Melanie Leydin, who has been an integral and valued member of our team for six years – and for whose contributions we are immensely grateful.
Stef has over 10 years of experience in accounting and secretarial services for ASX listed companies, including ASX compliance, corporate governance, statutory financial reporting, and board and secretarial support.
