Patrys has today announced that the Company’s long-standing Chair, Mr John Read, will be retiring as the Non-Executive Chair, and as a Director of Patrys, effective from 31 August 2022
Patrys Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Dr. James Campbell said:
“John has made a sustained and significant contribution to Patrys since his appointment as Chair in May 2007. Patrys has transformed considerably under John’s stewardship, and he leaves the Company in a strong position and with a clear trajectory to becoming a clinical stage company. On a personal front, I am very grateful for John’s knowledge, support, expertise, wise counsel and guidance over the years. On behalf of the Board, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to John and wish him every success in his future endeavours.”
Patrys has commenced a search for a new Chair, and Mr Michael Stork will be appointed interim Chair until a new Chair is appointed.
